Nice job with 1st cleaning of dusty blinds, baseboards, etc. Other bathrooms looked good, but Master bath could have used a little better job and vacuuming/mopping missed some spots. Overall, a good basic cleaning..... I just had to "finish up" the stuff that got "missed".

I had to cold-call a cleaning service in Augusta so I read a few reviews, Merry Maids didn't score as high in the reviews I read but I noticed that the dates of their postings were much older than those with higher reviews so I thought I would give them a try.

I was very pleased with the service they provided. They did everything I asked them to complete (along with a few special requests) and they did everything well. Even the Landlord who took back possession of the unit told me the 'cleaning service did a very nice job.'

The loyalty of the company. I contacted three. Companies and yours was the only one who contacted me and made a appointment fast. Diana was so professional but yet personable. I had a deep cleaning, because my husband and have become a bit handicap and can't clean and keep up like we use to. The girls that came and cleaner did such a wonderful job, so thankful for them. Having a clean house made me feel better.

The company seems to be run very professionally. I appreciate the thoroughness of the whole estimate process and follow up. Felt good about the job done in my home.
