Employees are well trained to understand that the Merry Maids' brand is a step above the rest. They easily accept feedback. The regular "deep cleaning" feature to various rooms keeps base boards and window sills clean and is like having spring cleaning done all year around. Silvia's team is my favorite. She takes a lot of pride in her work and totally understands the Merry Maids' brand and passes that along to her subordinates and trainees. She is a great role model and instructor. The traninee here today (Nov. 5) with Silvia's team did an outstanding job. I work full time and provide full time care for my 82 year old Mother. Having Merry Maids take care of my home allows me more time to take care of my Mom. Thanks Merry Maids.

Our most recent cleaning was done by Carmen and Yarcy (sp). They did a very thorough job including the deep cleaning of the sun room, utility room and stairways. We always have a great feeling of welcome when we return to a refreshingly clean home. Thank you for all you do SO WELL!! I do appreciate the way the hardwoods are cared for also--

I really don't know what they are. There is not a "clean" smell after they clean. It looks clean and feels clean, but there is not odor that would let me know that a certain product was used.
