The ladies that come out are always very thorough and clean. The work is done very quickly. The crew is very detailed and always nice. If I had to offer a suggestion on how to make this service over-the-top excellent, it would be that we would be given an early morning time slot on the schedule and that the crew showed up consistently at that time whenever they were scheduled to come out to clean.

It is efficient, quiet, and very clean when you leave.
When I return home after the Merry Maids have been here, I find that the entire environment seems refreshed from the well cared for wood floors to the sparkling stove and microwave to the well vacuumed carpets. It is always a pleasure to feel that the cleaning has been thorough. When I occasionally ask them to take care of some small additional service like making up clean beds, they very willingly add that to the list. Its not something that I like just something that I wish would happen. I really liked the way they cleaned my house but I wish that was more scent after they cleaned so it smelled clean
