They listen to my suggestions and fulfill my requests (except the one about folding my Kleenex into fans}.

I like that the Merry Maids staff is very helpful and willing to work with me if a cleaning issue comes up. I also like when I arrive home to a clean, fresh smelling house, without a bleach or pine smell.

I like the way the ladies greet you and get right to work ,but please sen people that understand what you are saying ,it is hard to get people to clean youe home But I want someone that hears me understand and can answer me witheout having to say it over more than two times. thanks for a job done well.I usually get the same people if this could last that would be good, als I want people that can come 8.30 are so coming at 10.30 are so set things back if this could happen this would help me a lot. Alot of attention is paid to detail in cleaning our home. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleaning and I have been very happy with the Merry Maids work for over a year now. Recently I have been at home caring for a newborn baby. This has given me a chance to see the work while its being done and the staff have been extremely courteous.

Carmen is our "main lady" usually accompanied by Yancy (last time, Ana). They are always very friendly and responsive. Besides doing a good job cleaning, they are very pleasant and congenial. We love our ladies!

They accomplished everything that needed to be done within the two-hour timeframe. I liked the cinnamon smell of whatever product they used. Regarding the vacuuming of the rugs, they came out great.

The staff work diligently in the short time they are in my home. They make their work look deceptively easy; and you know it is not!

The ladies are using proper products. It is absolutly amazing when we return! We are very pleased and have been so since having you folks helping us. We are both aged and you folks are able to make us feel somewhat younger! Thanks so much!
