Employees are well trained to understand that the Merry Maids' brand is a step above the rest. They easily accept feedback. The regular "deep cleaning" feature to various rooms keeps base boards and window sills clean and is like having spring cleaning done all year around. Silvia's team is my favorite. She takes a lot of pride in her work and totally understands the Merry Maids' brand and passes that along to her subordinates and trainees. She is a great role model and instructor. The traninee here today (Nov. 5) with Silvia's team did an outstanding job. I work full time and provide full time care for my 82 year old Mother. Having Merry Maids take care of my home allows me more time to take care of my Mom. Thanks Merry Maids.

Our most recent cleaning was done by Carmen and Yarcy (sp). They did a very thorough job including the deep cleaning of the sun room, utility room and stairways. I really don't know what they are. There is not a "clean" smell after they clean. It looks clean and feels clean, but there is not odor that would let me know that a certain product was used.

The team is always timely and courteous. I'm usually not home when they arrive but my family can tell when Merry Maids has cleaned our home and when I have done it. Merry Maids is much better. I do like the products especially the one used on my granite countertops. They shine much better than several store bought products I have used.
