I appreciate the thoroughness of the cleaning of our bathrooms, kitchen area, hardwood floors, the dusting of our shutters and venetian blinds plus the thorough vacuuming of our carpet. When we occasionally ask them to do an additional item such as make up a bed, etc., they very willingly do that also. There are a few areas that we ask that they not clean because of the fragileness of the items on our baker's rack for example.
