No judgement. I know that sometimes my house must be a challenge. All these years I thought my kids were messy, but turns out it was me. They do such a great job and move things that are in the way. My home would be so so dirty if not for these wonderful ladies.

Jessica, especially, has been delightful. She's the one who has cleaned our home the most, of all the girls we've seen. She stays on the job, and always asked, before leaving, if there's anything else I want them to do.

Not long ago, I did have an issue with the furniture being dusted, so I notified the office. The next cleaning day, everything was done perfectly--and that was with Jessica cleaning on her own. She had no help that day. But we were very pleased with her work.

I like Annette's kindness and the way she remembers the odd details needed to keep the cats safe; I like the convenience of the service, with very little organization needed from me (no worries about benefits, tax, etc). But it is very expensive per hour of work, so I'm not sure if I'd recommend to others.

I have had Merry Maids cleaning for me for over a year. I am very happy with the service they provide. I have only had one instance where they sent 2 new girls to my house and they did not do a satisfactory job. They did, however, send 2 other girls out the same day to re-clean, so they made it right. I was ultimately very happy with the job. They can get things clean that I was never able to such as older sinks, toilet rings, etc.

They come rain or shine! They are quiet and work very hard and efficiently. I am highly allergic to cleaning supplies and dust, so I leave the house while they are here, but I come back to a clean home where I can breathe. Thanks so much.

Adrian is fabulous, and when she is off all the others that jump in are just as good. This brings me to what I like the best about Merry Maids is their consistency. They are consistent from one maid to another based on their policy and procedures. Your home is always cleaned the same, no matter whom comes that day. Although a bit pricy, their work is impeccable.

The confidence that should a situation materialize regarding cleaning or supplies used it will be addressed on-the-spot. After first few visits using same personnel, no instructions or desires are needed. Like having family member around.

I like that I don't have to remember to buy supplies and leave them out because MM brings their own supplies. I appreciate that there is an attempt to keep the same people at my house each time.

Items are always clean but there is no "industrial" smell. And there is care to get every nook and cranny!
