Friendly, good quality work

They are very respectful, courteous, and easy to work with. I can get someone to come clean whenever I need someone. It doesn’t always have to be the same day of the week.

The house is very clean, it does not take a long time, and the workers are always very friendly.

I think for the most part the work is done well.

The girls are always careful to complete their tasks and always ask if I have any preferences for their work on a given day (rooms to clean first, any extra-duty cleaning, etc.).

I don't care for the trash bags they bring; so I provide my own.

I asked that they clean the underneath portion of the cabinets that hang over the floor. Dust bunnies and cobwebs tend to form in those areas if they are not wiped clean. Cleaning only the floor and trim doesn't get those "uglies" out of the way; so I appreciate their remembering that step.

Although I prefer cleaning the tile flooring with hot bleach water, I understand it's easier and quicker for the girls to use the steamer.

Also appreciated is the fact that Merry Maids tries to be accommodating when I ask for a "special cleaning," which is a cleaning outside my normal schedule. I am considering moving to cleaning every other week, instead of only once each month. Shall we talk???
