I think you do an excellent job of training. I just wish you would provide more incentive to retain reliable, capable people who are very good at their jobs. Your company would certainly be more successful and profitable if you could keep exceptional employees. Instead, you are loosing people who would encourage people like me to continue to use your services. At this point, I am not all that pleased.

There are no flowery or industrial scents from the products. I'm not a fan of strong smells.

The services are generally thorough as in, they get the dust in the corners!

The Merry Maids staff are friendly and hard working.

There is never any dust left behind. They don't skip the hard to reach places, like baseboards or under chairs.

Was able to schedule quickly and get house cleaned quickly. They did an excellent job - house looks better than it has in years.

We appreciate our biweekly cleanings, indeed we have come to count on them. And as the holidays are approaching, I am reminded how each year, Merry Maids puts extra effort into planning ahead so if a home's cleaning day falls on a holiday, the clean is scheduled ahead of time. This seems to be part of their business plan, but I also see it as a lovely courtesy and am always thankful.

The ladies are always eager to please, and they'll do whatever I ask of them. I didn't like the swiffering. I prefer actually dusting with a non-oily spray. One product I don't like is the trash bag. They're extremely thin, and they tear quite easily. I prefer using my own trashbags.

I'm very happy to use Merry Maids. The company appears to be well-organized; and I love my "regular" cleaning lady, Jessica.
