I like the prompt attention from management and that you offer deep cleanings versus surface cleaning. You also have the products to help with certain issues (water stains). In time, I think I will learn the ladies cleaning styles and they will learn my expectations for cleaning.

The girl that has been coming (Susan) does a pretty good job. However Barbara came and she cleaned very well. I did not have to ask her to do anything and what she did was wonderful. I would like to have her come again.
Also the girls that came the first few weeks were careless when they lifted up my couch and marked my living room wall. I have tried to fix it however when I paint over the mark, if it does not cover well, The wall will need to be re-painted all the way across the living room.

The ladies are prompt, efficient with their time (and mine), thorough and gracious.
