Using Merry Maids is one of the best things I've done! Knowing I can count on them at a regularly scheduled time every other week makes my life so much easier. I believe when possible, the same Merry Maid comes to you each time; that's the case with me and I'm so happy to have Amanda come do my house. I like to think we've become friends. The cleaning is always very thorough; my house sparkles when the work is completed. On the rare occasions that Amanda is not available, Merry Maids sends a substitute so I don't miss a cleaning and I can count on the same kind of efficient, thorough cleaning on those occasions, too. Merry Maids is willing to work with me on times that I travel or am out of town. They are easy to reach by phone with any questions and the billing is easily done electronically. Merry Maids is an excellent service and I'm so grateful for my wonderful Merry Maid, Amanda!

One especially good thing about Merry Maids is that, if for any reason the regular Merry Maid can't come, there will definitely be someone there to fill in......and to fill in well! I like the message I get the day before confirming that my Merry Maid is coming the next day and I like getting the message the morning of the service that my Merry Maid is on her way! I also like the flexibility shown when I am traveling or out of town and I am able to suspend services with no penalty. I love Merry Maids!
