Consistent professionalism.
I like that I can advise when things aren’t to my expectations but generally this isn’t an issue. The two times I have had an issue, my comments were listened to. This last time I checked before the ladies left and they came back in and fixed the issues. The products used seem to be top quality. I am always amazed at the shineness of my kitchen floor and my flat top range is always cleaned well as is my microwave. Both times I had an issue the pair of ladies were only in my house 50 minutes, which led me to checking the work before they left this last time. I really appreciate being able to have my house cleaned as I am unable to do it myself.

I really like whatever they use to clean the vinyl kitchen floor as it just shines. I am not able to clean my house any more so it is very important to me to have someone do it so efficiently with a cost that is affordable. It always smells nice when they are done.
I was comfortable with asking Lynn questions and she was in answering. They got right to work. I could hear them talking somewhat as Lynn was helping Cheyenne. I have checked the house as well as possible and think they did a good job. Might have a few suggestions next time but felt it went well. I was surprised it did not take as long as had been estimated. Not sure what that means. I will look forward to seeing Lynn next time. Having my house clean has really helped as there is a lot going on right now. So I can focus on other things.
