The ladies have only come twice so far, but are doing a great job.

The fact that the project of my mother's home was even accepted and tackled was most appreciated. We knew it would be hard work and difficult. The home smelled so fresh and looked very much improved. The feedback to me about what was needed was difficult for the caller on the follow-up visit, but handled with much care and grace.

I like having my home cleaned every two weeks. I would like to know what products you use to polish the furniture and to clean the floors.

The team makes my dirty home (my opinion) clean. A lot cleaner than I could. They pay attention to detail. To me, They're worth the price.

Prompt and thorough.

The products have a pleasant, not perfumed, chemical or strong odor. The staff are nice and work efficiently.

They are consistent. Friendly. Merry Maids communicates with me and I can communicate with them very easily. I know when they are on their way to my house because of the communication. One thing I am somewhat disappointed with is that area rugs are not moved to clean under. To me deep cleaning is not very noticeable. I just love someone is helping me clean my home. It so very nice.

They don’t smell like bleach. Very nice fresh smell after cleaning.

We appreciate the bonded & safe service to our second home. Usually we are not in the house until a few days after the Merry Maids have cleaned. If there is a problem or any question, they call or alert us.

Since my wife and I both work from home, we like that we can have one less thing to worry about when we're focusing on work. As far as the products go, everything looked and smelled nice at the end of the day, so thumbs up.

I love the excellent communication with company and the reliable service.

Company screens, hires, and trains employees and follows up with any concerns. Company pays social security tax for employees and workers compensation (I assume). And perhaps some other benefits.

I find the cleaning quite good. I find the products unnoticeable. No real scent or fragrance that is annoying.

Very clean & left the house in very good condition!

The only problem would be the price. the service is beyond awesome.
