Prompt and thorough.

The products have a pleasant, not perfumed, chemical or strong odor. The staff are nice and work efficiently.

They are consistent. Friendly. Merry Maids communicates with me and I can communicate with them very easily. I know when they are on their way to my house because of the communication. One thing I am somewhat disappointed with is that area rugs are not moved to clean under. To me deep cleaning is not very noticeable. I just love someone is helping me clean my home. It so very nice.

They don’t smell like bleach. Very nice fresh smell after cleaning.

Work is quality, timely, and friendly

Since my wife and I both work from home, we like that we can have one less thing to worry about when we're focusing on work. As far as the products go, everything looked and smelled nice at the end of the day, so thumbs up.

The gals do a great job and are always happy to help if I need anything extra. The customer service is outstanding.

I love the excellent communication with company and the reliable service.

Company screens, hires, and trains employees and follows up with any concerns. Company pays social security tax for employees and workers compensation (I assume). And perhaps some other benefits.

I find the cleaning quite good. I find the products unnoticeable. No real scent or fragrance that is annoying.

Brenda always does a fantastic job! She is friendly, polite, pleasant, and always wears a mask, which I appreciate so very much!
I am seventy years old, diabetic, with a compromised immune system. My husband is also seventy with heart issues, so we are very grateful to have merry maids wear masks!! I understand that the Merry Maids wear masks to protect me, and likewise, I wear a mask to protect them! My husband and I were both tested recently, and we both tested negative, and continue to wear our masks.

Love having the Merry Maids come every two weeks. They do a great job and are very willing to listen to any comments or requests I may have.
