My home was very clean. It definitely had the professional finish that I was looking for. There shower was sparkly white. There was no harsh chemical smell at all.

Products smelled good not strong. Workers kept busy and worked efficiently.

You are stable and consistent in delivery of your service. The workers are friendly and helpful. They do a good job and do not have to be reminded of what to do each time. They have a very good sweeper that really brings up the nap of the carpet. The floor mop is not always as satisfactory, once or twice I've had to go back over a place that they have missed after the girls have left. My place is hard to work in though it is small and tight so probably not their fault. We have pretty well established their time schedule, there for awhile I didn't know exactly when to expect them. Over all they do the job I expect and I am pleased.

i wasn't there to see the finished product, but I've always thought the make ready was exceptional.

I loved how polite they both were. They did a nice job and even gave tips. Only thing that surprised me is the final price was about $20 over the highest estimated price.
