They are always prompt for their scheduled cleaning and are very flexible in accommodating our schedule the few times I've had to make changes to our cleaning date/time. They manage to do their job around my work-from-home husband and giant dog who I'm sure are in their way most of the time. We've been very happy with our decision to use the Merry Maids team.
