The cleaning gals are friendly and very professional. They know my home and what I expect in terms of cleaning. The gals will also do extra cleaning that may not be on the list. They arrive on time and Merry Maids is very good about calling if they need to change the time frame. They will also accommodate me if I need to change the day of my cleaning. I have used Merry Maids now for several years and I am very satisfied with their service.

The gals who clean my house, Jamie & Maria are not only very thorough cleaners, but also very friendly! They have even made friends with my unruly springer spaniel. If I mention an area that needs more attention, they take care of it. I have used others cleaning services before, but Merry Maids is the BEST!

Workers show up promptly and get right down to work. If any special requests, they gladly respond. Products they formerly used smelled nice and fresh--presently no odor for ones used.

The team who services my home is very friendly and I always love coming home after they have cleaned as they do extra "fluffs" to make you feel like you have just received 5 star hotel cleaning service kleenex turned into little flowers, bathrooms and kitchen glisten, and wood floors are lovely and smells great when you walk through the door!

I appreciate the same team of professionals coming in and helping our home look shiny and clean. With two toddlers it lasts approximately 8 and a half minutes, but its a great 8 and a half minutes, like wait a second we can get organized! :) - It's always a good day when they come by!
We have hard wood floors in part of our house. The cleaning products used have not damaged the finish and they look wonderful after cleaning. Our cleaning ladies have been with us for several years and are efficient and thorough. They are great.

The girls usually do a very nice job, some better than others. We have had a few issues with late appearances which interfered with our schedule. Other than that, we have appreciated having this service.
House felt and looked very clean. I appreciated the fact that displayed personal items remained where they were originally placed. Since I have allergies it would be helpful to use products that do not have a scent if at all possible. Thanks for your efficiency.
Sara & Samantha have been trustworthy, reliable and dependable. They were willing to go the extra mile to come over on a Saturday so I could meet them in person for the first cleaning. I can allways count on returning to a clean home. I have never felt any need to directly supervise their work. I have never returned home to any overwhelmng odor of cleaning products yet bathroom and kitchen are spotless. The service does come at a cost but time is precious and what I am saved is well worth the price.
I like that the management has always listened and been more than willing to work with me. I like the call the day before so I know when they will be arriving. I like the smell of a clean house when I come home and I can tell that it has been cleaned. Great job!
