I like that you are a larger company. If someone is unable to come in to work, you have other's that can cover their shift. This keeps consistency on cleaning dates and arrival times. I like that I can pay either by cash, check or credit card. I like that the team has a binder of information for each home that they are cleaning. If a team member is new to the home, they have a source of reference. I like that you send an email, text, voice mail reminding me of the date of cleaning. I don't feel a need to hover over the crew, they show up and get straight to work.

Angelica and Patty are so very careful and thorough cleaning our house. The products they use leave a very clean, fresh and pleasant aroma in the air. Always friendly and pleasant even doing cleaning jobs is a great experience to see. Thank you so much.

I like that the assigned staff come in and do their work with little dilly-dallying. The surfaces of my kitchen counters are clean, along with the sink and floor.

(I've given lots of reasons we like the Merry Maids in prior surveys. I didn't this time because, although those reasons are just as true now, frankly, I'm tired of the surveys. I'll gladly give personal recommendations to prospective customers, as I always have when called upon. And I'll continue to take the initiative to provide feedback, both positive, and when necessary, negative, when the occasion arises, and I'll continue to respond to infrequent surveys - just so it doesn't feel as though there is a survey every time I turn around. fast and efficient

Joan and Candace are very easy to work with. When we have any extra chores, e.g., cleaning the inside of our front windows, they are very willing to do so. Our house always smells fresh and clean after they finish.

The two women who came to my house for the initial cleaning were absolutely wonderful. Maria and Rachael worked very hard and did a dynamite cleaning job. I'd love for those two to be my regulars!

The girls are excellent & the products they use are great.

The young women are friendly, quick and efficient. I am totally pleased with their work. There are no harsh cleaner odors but they leave my home spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. I love them.
