They always call the day before and let you know the arrival time of the crew. The crew is very respectful of household items and do not leave anything in the wrong place.
Angie is so friendly on the phone when she reminds you or if you have to call. They try their best to be accommodating when you need a change of day or time.
My house has been cleaned very nicely in the last few months and they listen to what you want and do their best to make it happen.

We like having Angelica and Patty caring for our home on permanent/routine basis. They are reliable, friendly, trustworthy and efficient. We also like the fresh, lemony smell they leave behind, once they have finished. We are fine with the products they use.

A side note: it is okay, once in a great while, to have a third person (in training) come with Patty and Angelica. But, we don't want it to be a regular occurrence, by any means.

We usually know what time the ladies will be arriving. They ALWAYS do an excellent job and are wonderfully efficient. I never have ask twice and they're ALWAYS friendly.

Jamie and Maria are very thorough and methodical when they clean. I appreciate how efficient they are as well! They honor any special needs I might bring up, such as making sure the bedroom door is shut before leaving.

Jamie & Maria are very personable and considerate, and I feel like they are friends! They are so patient with my dog, too.

The ladies that come to clean our home are a blessing. I was a policeman for 30 years and was always better at making a mess than cleaning it up. My wife of 43 years would always take care of the home and me. After she had a bout with cancer she just doesn't have the strength anymore. The ladies that come are polite and professional. We would trust them to take care of our home even if we were not there.

I like how they have taken good care of our hard wood floors... I do feel their vacuum cleaners are not as good as some that are available... our own will remove more dirt than theirs... They are thorough, quick, and pleasantly professional.
