The three ladies that clean our house (Angelica, Patty, and Paige) are great. They show up on time and get the job done in no time. The company has been great when we have an unforeseen scheduling problem. They have been able to reschedule and have been courteous when this has happened.

I can always count on my "quarterly cleans" as I call them. However, this last time there was not as thorough detail on the bathrooms. I know you will resolve this.

Things are clean and arranged neatly in their place. The “maids” are speedy and thorough.

I've employed the Merry Maids since moving to Salem, OR, in 1991, and have always been satisfied with their service. My husband and I appreciate their thoroughness and care. There has been only a time or two in all these years where there were mishaps, such as breakage - that is a phenomenal record! The Merry Maids office staff communicate well and work with us when there must be adjustments to schedules. We have significantly remodeled our home in the last few years, and the Merry Maids have been troopers in working around the obstacles and helping us maintain a semblance of order and cleanliness through the process. Other cleaning companies and individuals have attempted to entice us away from the Merry Maids, but with our good history, we won't go.

Very thorough cleaning for my first clean. The gals were on time and extremely polite. I do wish merry maids offered 100% septic safe products for cleaning. My previous cleaner used vinager, baking soda, and water mix to clean. Very inexpensive but great cleaner.

I love the way the workers come with a friendly greeting and quickly do the work. They are very professional. The products and equipmentused are effective. I am very pleased with the service.

My House was Bad. I was a little upset that they didn't do the shower, but understand the toilet and microwave. Everything else was So Clean, It made up for it. I look at My Clean House and Smile.

I like being able to have a consistent schedule of day and time when the crew will arrive. Easy to contact the local office with questions or changes. I appreciate that you accept credit cards as I don't always have cash or a checkbook available to me. The crew graciously accepts comments and are willing to go back over a surface.
