Consistent, great cleaning and nice smelling products.

I trust the Merry Maids to be conscientious in cleaning our home. If there is an issue, the ladies doing the cleaning and/or the office staff respond appropriately without making any of us uncomfortable.
I believe a key advantage to the Merry Maids is that there are enough employees to cover absences - this would not be true with hiring an individual as a housecleaner.
The Merry Maids are generally cheerful and positive about their work.
I like the rotation for in-depth cleaning and the fact that I can ask that the rotation be altered to prepare for houseguests.
It's comforting to know the employees are insured and bonded. The very few times something has been broken (over the past 24 years!), the Merry Maids called it to our attention right away. I liked it best when the person who was doing the cleaning left a note for us. And, so far, when something was broken, my husband and I were able to handle it without making a claim.
Of course, every consumer would like a bargain, but I think the Merry Maids' pricing is fair. (Yes, we do compare it to other services from time to time.)

Things are always very clean. They are punctual and friendly.

The services and products used are all good, but what matters the most to me (and what keeps me happy with Merry Maids!) is the outstanding efforts, reliability, and thoroughness of my regular crew-Patty and Angelica. They have become like friends over the years, and I trust them completely and look forward to seeing them each week.

The ladies are doing a great job of cleaning my house. There is just a small thing that happened and maybe you aren't suppose to do it. I had a few cob webs in the back bedroom window.

Was able to schedule a once a month service for our small business, time convenient to us. People who have come have been pleasant and seem hard working.

We have Angelica and Patty almost every week and I couldn't be happier with their keen attention to every detail. They are always timely as well and kind and friendly. I am always happy to see them and would (and have) recommended them and Merry Maids to friends and acquaintances.

I feel like I can trust the cleaners to do the job without issues, and never feel threatened about my personal possessions.

Service is excellent. Suggestion:
Do not use a short undersized garbage bag in garbage containers. They simply fall down and have to be replaced or garbage spills into the can.

I REALLY like that we consistently get the same people doing the cleaning. Angelina and Patty are wonderful ladies and over time, they know what I like and what is important to me. One experience: I had noticed that the CDs and the CD cabinet needed better cleaning on the inside as well as the outside. I asked Angelena, "Would you do me a favor and do the inside?" I have NEVER had to ask again; it is always done. The qualify of their cleaning is consistently excellent.

On the business side: I really appreciate that during a time in which we were consistently financially challenged, the office has worked with us time and again to ensure we could keep the Merry Maid services. I can never express how grateful we are for this understanding of our circumstances.

To start, I like receiving the email informing when the cleaners will arrive the next day. This information helps me plan my time and when to expect them.

Most importantly, I like getting the same two cleaning ladies consistently. Angelina and Patty are amazing and we've really gotten to know each other. Also, I KNOW I can depend on their quality because they know what I consider to be most important. They are AWES
