Everyone is friendly and happy when they come to my house. They ask questions if they have them. My house always smells amazing when they leave!!

Merry Maid services are dependable and efficient. Have been a customer for over 20 years and the girls have become like family. With the Covid issue there have been changes and I now only have one instead of two maids. Personally I like 2 better as the cleaning gets done more quickly.

First they are really kind and thoughtful. My house smells better when they clean. I have two little dogs, and no matter what, animals smell. They do the things that I need done. Yes, I stopped because of the virus, but they are taking such good care, I have brought them back.

They are thorough most of the time.

I like the fact that I can count on someone will be able to clean my house on a regular basis. I like that the team is flexible that if I have an appt scheduled in the morning & need the cleaning time rearranged they will work it out.
I do let the team know 2 days prior to cleaning day so they can arrange a new time.
Regarding the cleaning products: I don’t mind them using whatever products they need to keep everyone safe and they seem to do a good job. I do miss the smell of a clean house.

The new person who came this week was fabulous. She did a great job and was very pleasant too.

Friendly and thorough

Always great!

All products seem good... nothing that bothers us. We especially like the lemon scent that is so refreshing.
Anna and Autumn did a pretty good job. They are pleasant, friendly, and eager to please. You might want to remind them to straighten all paintings, photos, and art work on walls, once they have dusted them . We had to go around to every room to do that ourselves, which shouldn't be the case.

Hollly did an excellent job as usual.

It was so nice to have the Candace team back. Our house was pretty cluttered and messy after the coronavirus hiatus but they got was back into the great look that they always have.
We left while they were working and the aroma as we came in the door on our return was heavenly. Big thanks to Candace and Dina.
