We appreciate the fact that, when our regular team is unavailable, other Merry Maids will fill in. It's also good to know there is insurance for any mishaps that might occur, and we are pleased there is seldom reason to file a claim. Our Salem Merry Maids office is quick to assign a different team on the rare instances when we consider a particular cleaner's performance to be less than acceptable. I've employed Merry Maid services since I moved to Salem in 1991, so I have a lot of experience with the Salem Merry Maid service.

The cleaning products used seem to be of a high level of quality -- as effective as I would choose myself.

On a personal note, the Merry Maid currently assigned to our home is Elissa. She is quick, thorough, and personable. I hope she stays with us for a long time.

Martha is great.

I really look forward to Martha coming every 2 weeks. 2 cats and one human can make for messy floors (loose hair and dropped food). This week she caught me in the midst of canning apricots, so she had the run of the house, even managed to dash into the kitchen to wipe up when I stepped into the garage for a canning kettle. After all that, she even managed a quick flik of the kitchen floor. Really glad I turned to Merry Maids for help.

Dependability. If the usual Merry Maid(s) can't come, other Merry Maids will fill in.

Responsiveness to accolades/complaints. When we like the way a Merry Maid does the work, we can request that person be "assigned" to us, and the office tries to do that. And the opposite is true -- when we told the office manager about a Merry Maid who was very slow and was reluctant to do a full cleaning, that person was not assigned to us again.

We booked several cleanings as a baby shower gift for my sister and she was blown away! The staff were wonderful, efficient, and so polite. They even went out of their way to be quiet and not wake the baby. 10/10!
