I particularly like my "regular maid", Martha. I know that sometimes staff may turn over and things happen..However, I like the fact that the staff at Merry Maids works with me to ensure that there is consistency in the staff and the level of service.

The house always smells fresh after cleaning. They carefully put things in order. They go about their business in an orderly manner. If I’m home during cleaning, they are very courteous.

First of all, I really like how responsive Merry Maids is to my needs. I have had to change schedules for work and illness and you have been very understanding. I also asked for new cleaners after last month's service, and you were happy to change. The two ladies you sent, Candace and Ally, were wonderful and I really hope they can come again.

We have a team headed by "Cheryl." She's great. She is conscientious as well as personable. She watches over everything her team members do to make sure everyone does the best possible job. We like the Merry Maids service in general because there is always coverage even when usual team members can't come on a particular day.

I feel very comfortable with these lovely ladies are in my house. They do a great job cleaning , and find what needs to be done for me. They make it so that I can stay in my house much longer, as I age.
