Martha is great.

I really look forward to Martha coming every 2 weeks. 2 cats and one human can make for messy floors (loose hair and dropped food). This week she caught me in the midst of canning apricots, so she had the run of the house, even managed to dash into the kitchen to wipe up when I stepped into the garage for a canning kettle. After all that, she even managed a quick flik of the kitchen floor. Really glad I turned to Merry Maids for help.

Dependability. If the usual Merry Maid(s) can't come, other Merry Maids will fill in.

Responsiveness to accolades/complaints. When we like the way a Merry Maid does the work, we can request that person be "assigned" to us, and the office tries to do that. And the opposite is true -- when we told the office manager about a Merry Maid who was very slow and was reluctant to do a full cleaning, that person was not assigned to us again.

We booked several cleanings as a baby shower gift for my sister and she was blown away! The staff were wonderful, efficient, and so polite. They even went out of their way to be quiet and not wake the baby. 10/10!

Friendly and professional, great communication and easy scheduling

The crew did an excellent job, were very speedy and the house floors were looking very clean.

Everything fine, tho some water stains that we couldn't remove. It occured to me this morning that we did not try vinegar.....We have hard water and most of us keep a gallon of vinegar within reach in our kitchens. We'll give it a try when the girls come again. Thanks.
