Your staff provide expert and effective service in all areas of cleaning; I always get a written recap of the day's work. Only once has anything been broken, and that was reported immediately to me by phone, with an offer to discuss how I wanted to address the situation. I see all of these attributes as evidence of a very professional and person-centered operation.

The Merry Maids products clean really well. I like that the products are eco-friendly without "harsh" chemicals - no streaking or surface scratching. I love coming home to a cleaned house. I had hard water stains I thought would never come out, but they did it! My tub and toilet look fantastic. Beds made and house straightened, it's just so helpful.
