My home is visibly clean and the teams are friendly to my pets. They are trustworthy and are organized in their work.. Products used are both environmentally and pet friendly which is important to me. There is never a chemical smell after they are done. Just clean.

They charge about $60 per hour per person. I know they don’t pay staff anywhere near that. Even if they paid staff $25 per hour, their markup 240% i under stand the overhead cost, management cost and profit but that is high

Merry Maids cleaned our condo this week very good results. The cleaning team was fast, effecitn and thorough. In the future, we request that our cleaning products be used since they do not contain harsh chemicals. My wife is sensitive to the chemicals in the cleaning products that were used, and she has a reaction to them.

This cleaning was not quite as good as this team has done before. The family room especially was just a bit lacking.
The solution used on cleaning the floors is not as good (shinny) as it was last year. Not the ladies fault, but the solution given to them to use is different.
They are always quick and thorough. Everything is clean and the time I forgot they were coming they tidied and cleaned anyway.
Great arrival time. Very accommodating if one room is too busy to be cleaned another project could be accommodated if a similar effort is needed. Great cleaning. Pleasant fragrance after cleaning.
