The timeliness of the service has always been excellent. I think that the staff does a very good job and does some extra work as time allows even though I don't ask for it.
The only comment I would make is that it is my recollection that when cleaning the kid's bedrooms (once per month), the staff is to do the dusting in there. That is seldom if ever completed. Thanks.

I like the friendly associates at Merry Maids. They often do extra cleaning projects around the house and leave a note as to what they deep cleaned that day! The cleaning is done well and its done in a consistent manner.

The ladies who clean are polite and friendly. They start right into the assigned areas and the cleaning products used clean wonderfully!!

each time a cleaning a different area is given an extra cleaning. also like the notes left after cleaning pointing out what area next time will be addressed. Hay if all I have to do is laundry, dishes and change my sheets life is all good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thanx

The service has been reliable and consistent -- my needs are fairly simple but I like being able to rely on their being met.

For what it is worth, I do notice that the cleaning product used for kitchen countertops/sink does leave a bit more than the expected white powdery residue.
