I like how they deep clean at least one room each time they come. My team has never missed a cleaning and they are always friendly and courteous. My team lead is very good at cleaning. The rooms she does are always spotless!

The maids are friendly, focused and open to your comments as they clean. Bi only have them do some specific work but that is sufficient for me to live in a less crazy home. For someone who is ill or limited in other ways, that little help is a greatboost

The staff that comes to my home are very friendly, courteous & fun to talk with. I feel comfortable telling them different situations for the cleaning that day. They are professionally dressed and a great asset to your team. I love the air freshener or cleanser they use that smells lightly spicy. There are certain products that I have bought on my own that if I want them to use I just have it out when they arrive and ask them to use it on certain furniture pieces, not so much any longer though since I have purchased new furniture pieces.
I do notice at times that the cleaning is not consistent & that some areas that they leave a note saying that has been ' deep cleaned', are really not up to my cleaning standards. But that doesn't happen all the time and is getting better all the time after talking to them or showing them what I feel was missed.
I am very happy with the office staffs friendliness and ability to work with my schedule when needed. I am very happy with the complete service of Merry Maids and plan on continuing to use Merry Maids for future cleaning needs.

Love the deep down cleaning we receive! Stainless steel cleaner is THE BEST!

The cleaners are polite, quiet (don't disturb anything going on in the house), and certainly do a better and more thorough cleaning job than I do. The products they use are fine and do not leave lingering chemical smells. It would be great if they could use GREEN cleaning materials, however I realize that would increase the costs and may not increase the effectiveness of their work.
