i like how the house smells when the girls have finished

The staff that comes to my home are very friendly, courteous & fun to talk with. I feel comfortable telling them different situations for the cleaning that day. They are professionally dressed and a great asset to your team. I love the air freshener or cleanser they use that smells lightly spicy. There are certain products that I have bought on my own that if I want them to use I just have it out when they arrive and ask them to use it on certain furniture pieces, not so much any longer though since I have purchased new furniture pieces.
I do notice at times that the cleaning is not consistent & that some areas that they leave a note saying that has been ' deep cleaned', are really not up to my cleaning standards. But that doesn't happen all the time and is getting better all the time after talking to them or showing them what I feel was missed.
I am very happy with the office staffs friendliness and ability to work with my schedule when needed. I am very happy with the complete service of Merry Maids and plan on continuing to use Merry Maids for future cleaning needs.

Love the deep down cleaning we receive! Stainless steel cleaner is THE BEST!

The cleaners are polite, quiet (don't disturb anything going on in the house), and certainly do a better and more thorough cleaning job than I do. The products they use are fine and do not leave lingering chemical smells. It would be great if they could use GREEN cleaning materials, however I realize that would increase the costs and may not increase the effectiveness of their work.

We feel really good about our home after a Merry Maid cleaning. Everything sparkles and looks so fresh. The women who clean our home are very efficient, pleasant, and respectful. They pay attention to details and put everything back in place when they have finished. The products used by Merry Maid employees leave my home looking better than it did when we were cleaning our home ourselves and using name brand products. We are proud to share our home with guests after a Merry Maid cleaning. We are very pleased with the service and especially like the rotation of deep cleaning of rooms.

I like the friendliness of the staff , both in home and at the office. The products seem to do a great job for what they are meant to do. I like the smell of one product in particular, if it is just a air freshener or cleanser I'm not sure but it has a nice mild spice type scent to it, and makes the whole house smell nice and freshly cleaned.

The ladies are delightful and very industrious. The kitchen and bathrooms always look very nice when they are finished. And fortunately the products they use do not leave an odor behind since I am sensitive to some fragrances. I have been quite pleased with the service. Thank you so much.
