The cleaning crews were polite, professional, kept working and didnt take time out to just chit chat. The work was well done - everything was clean and fresh. If there were areas that were not cleaned to your desire, they would continue cleaning. The supervisors often stopped by to check on the cleaning crews. Any comments made to the supervisors regarding the quality of work was quickly addressed. In some cases, Merry Maids subcontract work such as for cleaning upstairs outside windows. Their work has also been well and professionally. My last experience using Merry Maids related to cleaning my house for moving/selling my house. While my realtor recommended others, I was familiar with the work of Merry Maids and insisted on using them to clean the house for selling. They did a fabulous job. Thank you to all who have worked on my house. It has been a pleasure and I have benefited by having a clean house.

Merry maids always do a great job vacuuming the dog hair:) everything is spit spot.

The general cleaning is very good and they are very reliable. I do have one comment - the team leaves a message for me after each cleaning. They always include a part that says "to show our appreciation we ..." and then identify a job they have done in addition to what we've agreed upon. It is something I haven't asked them to do. Then I feel conflicted - should I be leaving a tip which I really don't want to do on a regular basis. One BIG benefit is that cleanings are automatically charged to my credit card. I do leave a tip at Christmas time but other wise I want to pay what I agreed to and not feel obligated to pay more. I'd prefer they just clean what we've agreed upon.

The house was outstanding when they were finished and it smelled so clean but not overly perfumy or like chemicals. Everything was fresh and perfect!

I love that the teams come in and give a great boost once a month. Although, the last team I had wasn't your most thorough. The floors were done well but the counters were not wiped completely and I didn't smell that Merry Maids overall smell of clean that I usually smell.
