The cleaning staff is willing to do special requests to focus on an area of need on any given week. Something that isn't a part of my regular cleaning, but something that I would need to do that week such as wiping down the shelves in my refrigerator or putting fresh sheets on a bed in the guest room.

Kayla does a great job cleaning my home. I appreciate having the same person come back each month so there is some consistency as well as getting to know the person and them getting to know me (and my cat).

The Maids use all your products except the cleaning of my wood floors where I ask them to use Bono. They are great!!

I Like the fact that Merry maids listens to my requests when made and cares about what make me ( the costumer happy). I love that they send the same person to my home and we (myself and the employee) have come to know what my likes and dislikes are or have been. Super excited! Thank you
