The house is clean, they always do something extra special and unexpected that just helps keep the house, our home, in great condition. Communication is always professional and timely. Well in advance of a conflict due to holidays, I am contacted with a suggested re-schedule date. Great company.

I really like having a consistent person cleaning my house, as well. Quality and consistency is very important to a cleaning service and it definitely appears to be important to Merry Maids. My mom loves Miranda and wants her to come back every time. She loves her attention to detail and has gone the extra mile with putting her bedding on and wiping out her refrigerator. We thank her for her extra time and attention to detail.

I like that the cleaners will take the time to fold my children's blankets and put a stuffed animal in the window. They do a great job and I get very excited to come home and see what nice note they left behind.

Dependable. Products smell fresh.

The house looks and smells clean - without the perfume-y scent! It is fresh, clean and straightened up each time. The products are natural and no chemicals - meaning it’s pet safe and allergen safe. Also the ladies are so welcoming for my dogs and cats! That’s a huge bonus! I’ve had Merry Maids for a couple of years now and they always do what they promise!

The cleanings have been very thorough, and the staff super-friendly. It's such a great feeling to have my whole place thoroughly, professionally cleaned in a way I just cannot do myself. I've used other cleaners in the past, and they just don't have that same level of professionalism.
