I'm a teacher, and the end of the school year is a crazy busy time! Housework has definitely been pushed to the back burner lately. My house was a mess by Thursday! Is was so wonderful to come home to a clean house Thursday afternoon! Such a relief! Thank you Merry Maids!!!

Cleaning is very good. WOuld like the team to look for and handle dust webs in master bedroom and bath as a matter of course. I have very high ceilings and these need to be taken care on average every other month.

We have had Merry Maids at our home for about 2 months now and have been very pleased with the results. It has been wonderful to have the house so clean when we get home. The communication from Merry Maids is fantastic. We get a report from Kayla each time she is there. She identifies which area of the home she paid particular attention to that day. We also receive clear and timely communication from the office. At the beginning of our contract, this was important just to get all of us on the same page for expectations and positive results. Well in advance of scheduling conflicts for holidays, we are contacted for timely, re-scheduled cleaning. Very pleased with Merry Maids.

Maranda always is looking to see if there is any extra area I would like extra attention .She always checks to see if everything is done to my liking.I have to say she always seems to love what she is doing.

After a less than perfect first cleaning, my concerns were addressed and I'm completely satisfied! Love the crew who did my second cleaning, and really appreciated the supervisor visiting our home to make sure we were satisfied.

The fragrance is lovely and the housekeepers interact very well with our pets. The home is always sparkling after they leave.

I love the fact that they pay attention to details throughout the entire house. The last cleaning firm that I had, did the bare minimum and thought I wouldn't notice when a light fixture wasn't cleaned or they only dusted around things...but I did. When Merry Maids came to look at my home and provide me with a cleaning estimate, we talked about my past experience and my expectations. I was very happy with the frank discussion I was able to have with their representative, and the quote for bi-weekly cleaning was very reasonable. I've only been with Merry Maids for a few months, but I can say from the initial deep clean to the regular visits, I have never been disappointed with their work. And believe me - I LOOK - I look hard to try and find something that was missed, and I never find it. From dusting, to my stone quartz sink in the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to light fixtures, to my wood floors...it is all clean and beautiful each and every time! Thank you Merry Maids.

I appreciate very much the reliability and flexibility I have experienced with Merry Maids. I am very comfortable having the team clean my home whether I am home or not which has not always been the case with other companies in the past. The level of cleaning is high. I do have something I would like to share. My bar is to be able to come home on cleaning day and walk in with a guest and know the bathrooms and living area are all similar to a hotel room. Yesterday's cleaning was wonderful. On a couple occasions, not quite as good.

Responsive to special requests. Always so courteous The team works efficiently and thoroughly.
