I like that the tile/linoleum floors are cleaned by hand. At the last cleaning appointment, I asked your staff to clean all my glass surfaces, mirrors, and pictures with Windex or a like-kind product and a CLEAN cloth or paper towel. When staff clean these surfaces with a used dust cloth, the surfaces may look clean, but when a bright light or sun hits these surfaces, you all you can see are dirty swirls and greasy marks.

The people are always friendly and efficient and they do a great job of cleaning our home. They are always very flexible on scheduling and are tolerant of our dogs, if they are home, when the maids show up.

I like that the services are timely performed and that there is always a little "something extra" that the staff provides. I have used Merry Maids for over 25 years and have not had any complaints.

I am very happy with the services Merry Maids provides. We've had them for a number of years and I've never been disappointed. The ladies are professional, work hard, and are efficient. I had a few extra requests and they always manage to fit it in, if not this time, for sure, the next time they come. They have a great attitude and feed back is important to them.
