They are reliable and come in, do the job and everything is nice when they are done.
We have only had the initial cleaning but we were very pleased. Our wood floors looked fantastic. I'm not sure what was used on them but it works well. The bathrooms were very clean and smelled of bleach which I love. We are looking forward to the biweekly cleaning. The team of Maria and Erica did the initial cleaning. It depends on the team.. I have one team that I think goes above and beyond and others that just do there job.. all is good but I can always tell who has come that week..

The team that services our house is outstanding! They are prompt, consistent, very courteous, efficient and caring. They are friendly and execute the instructions very well. Jenell has been servicing our house for a long time ... those that work with her are also been good. Jenell has been the constant that keeps us with Merry Maids. I hope others that utilize Merry Maids have a resource like we have.
the ladies arrived to my home within my allotted time. they were respectable and friendly but most of all the team (of 2) come in and after confirming what i wanted done got right to work. the supervisor Mrs. Jessica Clifton is wonderfully amazing. really goes above and beyond. when they were finished my home looked amazing. two thumps up.
