The girls come on time and are cordial and professional. The big thing for me is that they change my bed. I am disabled and it is a little too much for me to do. The house sparkles when they are done. They always ask if there is anything else that need to be done. When I live in Edgewood, MD, I had the girls come from the Bel Air office. The girl have been great. But, I certainly appreciate it imensely if I could have Crystal and her partner come when they are due on September 27th. Thanks for making my life so much easier. We like that we have a team assigned to the house. Maria is exceptional and always can be counted on to do a good job. We also appreciate the flexibility we have had when we have had to make changes to our scheduled cleaning or add a cleaning to the schedule. Most recently, when there was an accident which caused our cleaning team to be delayed, we received a phone call telling us that they would be late and what the situation was. It was the first time we had ever received a call to let us know that a team would be late and it was greatly appreciated. This is a value added service, so the customer is not left waiting. In the past, I have always had to call the office to find out what happened when a team did not show up at their usual time. Shortly, after the phone call, a team arrived, so the office took action to get teams out to cover for the people who couldn't get in...again it showed that responsiveness to and concern for the customer has become more important to Merry Maids...we appreciate the changes you have made to service your customers better.

It is nice to come home to clean house. They almost always do a nice job. The cleaners I have met when I happened to be home at the time were pleasant and friendly.

Your employees mare in variably courteous and thorough. They do a good job.

Merry Maids' service is reliable and the cleaning is better than satisfactory. It is somewhat dependent on the specific maids who arrive for the service, but all-in-all the cleaning is competent and usually complete.
