The ladies are both kind and thorough. My third floor bathroom is shared with my kids so it's a challenge to clean so I especially appreciate the work they put into that room! None of the cleaning products used leave any residual odor. The newark office does have a good team but I do miss Miss Vanessa!

Very professional team 5. Very nice to work with and they do an excellent job.

Cleaning personnel are very professional & the overall level of clean is outstanding & greatly appreciated. There have been only 3 areas for improvement noted, & some of them have been resolved. The first time cleaning of the hardwood floors dulled the finish; on the second time we provided Murphy's Oil soap which they used instead, which returned the hardwood floors to their previous shiny condition. The first time the fitted sheets were not pulled down around the mattress & popped off easily, but noted improvement on that at the second cleaning. Please note that we tend to prefer the blankets (other than the top comforter / quilt blankets) tucked in at the foot of the bed. Last week the vacuum didn't seem to pick up the particles, but I think perhaps the vacuum was acting up?

They are nice people who really seems to want to do a good job. They ask questions and don't assume

it's a full, all-over kind of clean and things are also tidier so, although some things are moved around, it's usually the kind of thing you've been meaning to do yourself but never got around to it.
