My cleaning person does a great job and is pleasant to have in my home. I like the way my bathroom and kitchen particularly look fresh and clean when she leaves. The products she uses do an excellent job. I would have given your service the top mark but because of your pricing situation where you have to come every two weeks or charge me more if I ask for the third one to be skipped. This is a small house and I do not believe it gets more difficult to clean if a week is missed. November is an example of having 3 cleaning times, that's a struggle for me.
I'd appreciate more warning time of when and tracking for my cleaner. Currently, my cleanings occur early in the morning and I often do not get warning until that morning and the cleaner being less than 30 minutes away.
If there is a time estimate/window, I'd like 24 hour notice that is the time window I should expect them.

The sales team made setting up the move in cleaning very easy. They sent emails along with voice and text messages so I was sure to see their communication. The cleaning crew spent hours taking care of my home, I truly appreciated this service!! The house smelled so nice and clean also!
The service was good. But very much overpriced. before quoting an overall price, someone needs to come to the home to evaluate. and then quote a price.
