The girls are very quick and do a good job. They are very pleasant. Kristen is the one constant young lady who comes with different assistant and we like her very much and have requested her to come each time. I really don't know what products are use however the house smells lovely when they are finished. I like my own product on the wood floors which I leave out for them to use. I'm very pleased with them. We would like to have them come around 8 am each time, but we were suppose to call to request that and haven't made that call. Maybe this note can suffice for that request. Actually my daughter gave me this service as a Christmas present so I cannot allow you to share her name. However, my name is Name removed and you can share my name, NOT Nicole's.

Merry Maids was in my home 4/29/16, when I arrived home, I was disappointed! To say the least! I contacted Verioncia, and was informed that she would address it and have a team return to my home! On Tuesday 5/3/16, Emily and Cyette returned to my house to clean it. I'd left just after the ladies arrived. When I returned home in the afternoon, my house was finished. Emily and Cyette did such an excellent job! They didn't skip anything! I was impressed, and it takes quite a bit to impress me! Thank you Emily and Cyette for all your hard work!

My "girls" ares so kind and sensitive to my needs. They are quick to pick up on the areas to be cleaned when they come every other week. They use some of their product sand some that I provide. They always remember which products to use on which surfaces. I really like my "girls" and so does Darby.
