Maria & Vanessa do an excellent job cleaning our home. They have a great attention to detail and our home is spotless, neat and smells wonderful when we get home after they have been there they day of cleaning. We couldn't be more pleased with the both of them.

They are great with my apartment and my dog loves when they come. Team 1 is usually here and when I’m working at home sometimes and they are here they are son accommodating. Everything is in the place I left it and if I had any complaint it would be more of a suggestion that if they need to move something to clean I trust them to do so. My trust is rare with people coming into my home without me their but after a month I have trust in those from Merry Maids to do what they do best and I come home to a nice clean home. Thank you!!

The girls can get done quickly what takes me all day. They are open to new items. I had a problem with the bathroom floor where the grout between the little tiles was black with dirt. I purchased a spinning brush to use on that floor. The girls loved the tool and had no problem using it. They both were going to get one for themselves. This year I have had numerous surgeries and they have gone above and beyond to help me. I am very happy with the work and would gladly recommend them to others.

Responsiveness

Whatever was used to clean the rust stains from my horrible water was absolutely amazing. The sink/bathtub looked better than when I moved in!

They are friendly and start immediately upon arriving. They are very thorough. However, we did have an issue with them arriving later and later which led into the dinner hour. When we initially signed up we scheduled between the hours of 11:00 and 2:00. With that said, I called to ask what happened to our scheduled time and they are now arriving between the initially scheduled hours. Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the three ladies who cleaned our house. They were very organized, worked hard, and divided the work evenly. They all kept busy the whole time they were here. The house was completely clean when they left. A job well done.
