I liked having the personal walk-through, instead of getting an estimate on the phone or online. I knew everything that was going to be done, and everything that was going to be extra. The maids did everything that we had discussed, and then some.

The ladies came in and got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. Very professional in the way they went about their business.
Somehow on their work order the cleaning of the oven was missed so they didn't bring any oven cleaning products so they cleaned it the
best they could with what they had.

Chelsea and Ivy arrived shortly after I received the call from the office that we would be the first house for the day rather than the second house. They got right to work and they did a GREAT job. I liked that my house did not have a "chemical" smell when they were done. I look forward to seeing them next month!

I can tell you that I'm not always happy with the drippy streaks I sometimes find on cupboard sides that don't clear up with my cleaner, and this last time, there were horizontal streaks across the top of my large flat screen TV in my living room.
