Except that their arrival time has not been consistent, the teams have done a good job of cleaning the house. Merry Maids cleaning products do not leave a strong chemical odor in the house - I like that.

So far all the work and workers are excellent. The only thing is that I don't want to fill out one of these reports every time someone cleans my house. My rating is "excellent" or a 10. If it changes I'll let you know. thanks

Christiy and any crew she brings with her are always excellent. Last cleaning Christy Rikki and Toni were efficient quick and left us with a sparkling house.

I called Merry Maids the first time because I was recovering from a fractured pelvis and broken arm. Now that I can do more myself Christy and crew clean the bathrooms and kitchen better than I ever could. They also do a little extra every time they are here.

Thus we are hooked and will be keeping our regular Merry Maid courteous and efficient cleaning.

I like what they have done for me so far. Keeping everything clean for me, and keeping me informed of when they are coming over. Simple and basic things really.

I like that the "Maids" introduce themselves when they arrive (even if they've been at my home before as sometimes I forget names); they're open to changing their cleaning routine, for a valid reason, and do it graciously; they willingly share cleaning tips and discuss pros and cons of particular cleaning questions.

As far as products, they all seem to work well. This last time, I asked the ladies to lemon oil the inside of the shower doors. The water ran off the doors as expected. However, the lemon oil had a very unpleasant odor and I washed it off the doors during the next showers.

I don't know about the products specifically. I just know that your team, Ida and Kayla, did a great job!!! The house was not only spotless, it smelled great!!! They were very pleasant, and when they weren't sure about something...they asked...really appreciated!
When we have Merry Maids back again (which we will), I'm hoping that team comes back...great folks and very responsible!!

When Merry Maids is done with my home the surfaces are gleaming and the floors are spotless. We have a very active and hairy dog and cat so these are important to us.

Ida is the best cleaner I ever had in my home. She treatsaid my residence like her own. She knows what I expect and delivers and awesome cleaning job. I trust her to take care and do what needs to be done. I wish you had more caring people like Ida on your staff. Thank you for such a great job.

The job was well done, but afterwards the cleaning products (probably from mopping the floors) had an odor. However, I used a spray and it solved the problem. It is important to note that the floor was spotless when your people finished working.

Merry Maids kept me informed promptly from the time I made my first enquiry. They did an excellent job of cleaning my home and went the 'extra mile'. I was very pleased with the whole service and would definitely recommend.

I do like your services, but do see slight differences in the completion of the work. Yesterday after Carmen and Debi left my home, I recalled how much better my kitchen looked when Carmen, in particular, cleaned it. Besides being a friendly person, that lady appears to be a perfectionist. I'm always happy when she is here. Debi is also a hard worker and friendly and they make a good team. I am also pleased with the kind and friendly people you send here, but although my house looks great afterwards, the kitchen is always noticeably shinier, and I notice other things that have been shined and cleaned when Carmen is here!
