Olga and her team do a great job in a very brisk pace everytime she is out here. Its a pleasure to have her and her team and I feel great about how things are done as a result.

Merry Maids use a top down/left to right approach so nothing gets missed. I used them recently to clean my empty house the day after the packers drove away & they did a good job. When furniture has sat in the same place for several years & you take it up, there is extra dirt around the edges of where that furniture sat. Merry Maids vacuumed all of that up & also did a great job on the baseboards that had been hidden & collecting dust. They also got my dining room chandelier shining, cleaned out my refrigerator, swept out the garage & vacuumed out the sunroom. I love their promptness, courteous service & that you can tailor their cleaning to what you specifically need done.

In particular, I am quite fond of one of Merry Maids associates, Ida, she is often flanked by one or two associates but it is quite evident when she heads up the cleaning crew. She is attentive and a stickler for detail, without fail, I generously, tip Ida and her crew each and every time I am fortunate enough to have her clean my home. I rest assured that my home is spotless each time Merry Maids cleans, thank you Merry Maids

Your crew works rapidly but, they do a good job. On the one occasion that we had a problem, a lady returned and redid the job and was very apologetic. It means alot to get a redo without any griping or complaining. These ladies are just GOOD at what they do.
