I felt the two women were extremely professional, used excellent products, and worked diligently to accomplish the tasks I desired having done. There was a light that was broken quite by accident, but nevertheless, the light is broken. A representative has visited my home, taken a picture, and offered to come out on a day we were away. I am sure they will rectify this accidental breakage. I certainly like the products used by Merry Maid, and hopefully can find a way to afford a more regular visit. I do feel the charges to be too high. Thank you.

Overall it met my expectations with one exception.

The ladies were friendly and efficient. They worked well as a team and got the job done in a timely manner.

They are prompt, courteous, and clean everything each visit. We love our team that comes every two weeks.

First time out, you knocked my socks off. Everything looked great. The team spent several hours, non-stop and we were very happy with the outcome.

Second time, team of two stayed 2.5 hours, that's $58 an hour! Way too much money for the value received with this service. They did nice work in most areas, like the carpets and the bathrooms. However, they could have been more thorough and spent an extra hour to ensure completion and homeowner satisfaction. For instance, kids rooms - do they not make beds? Also, a few drinking glasses were left in the downstairs bedroom, not sure if they cleaned that room - although I can live with this, it's not a deal breaker - but should I have to? Most important, they could have spent more time in the kitchen. Not sure if they wiped down the appliances especially the dishwasher and stove top. Lastly, when dusting, it would be nice to put items back to how they were. It doesn't have to be perfect but I don't like to have to come home and put my items back. They look like they've been strewn about.

My goal with the cleaning service is consistency. I want a great job every time for the amount of money being spent, and of course, the most important areas are the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen.

I am set up for monthly service, and will give it one more try and then re-evaluate.

The team was incredibly thorough cleaning every aspect of my home. They changed the water many times to clean my wood and tile floors as well as used two mop heads during the process leaving my floors sparkling . I look forward to them cleaning again I a month.

I like the ladies who come into my home, and I particularly enjoyed having Ida and Lori this last time. They were so very friendly and I felt they wanted to please me. My home looked spotless and shiny. I think the products do the job well, especially countertops and sink,, and the carpeting always looks cleaner than it is. Very pleased.
