The staff were good at their job and friendly. The products used were outstanding. There were a couple of things that we had issue with: the team got behind due to a miscommication between us and the estimator and resulted in not giving their full attention to the floors and the master bathe cupboards were not cleaned and oiled, as per our request.

We would still recommend your company to our family and friends.

I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, hard working duo. Joanna and Christina provided so much attention to detail. They did everything we asked of them and more. Their use of environmentally friendly products gave me comfort in knowing it was not only safe for my family but our new puppy as well. Also, I had a cleaner named Olga (sp?), hispanic lady, I think was her name, and she serves/represents your very company well. She is thorough and friendly and I'm requesting her every time... please make a note of that!

I apologize for taking so long to write. Dave and Cary both were wonderful and communicative. They also were respectful of the fact regarding my dogs and I appreciated that. They did a fabulous job! If I am ever able to have your services again, I would ask for them again.

The people who clean my home are very conscientious and do an excellent job. In addition, the office staff that calls to schedule appointments and check in is exceptionally nice and accommodating; I can't say enough good things about them.

I thought that Tina and Christy did a phenomenal job. They cleaned EVERYTHING! I checked around and found that they did not miss a spot. I have been sick and they even did my bed. They cleaned for 7 hours. They were neat, professional and very pleasant. They helped me feel better. Nothing feels as good as having a CLEAN house. While sick I have not had any strength or willpower to do anything. Thanks Merry Maids for a job VERY WELL done! I would highly recommend this team!
