Suzie did a tremendous job. She was thorough and pleasant. Only problem was it would have been better with two people as it took her a long time. She was making note that two people would be better next time. The cleaning solutions they used had a very pleasant odor and left the apartment smelling nice.

Lucy and Shannon were very thorough. They were friendly and didn’t cut any corners.

Suzie was fantastic today. My house was extra clean and shiny both furniture and floors. It’s the first time that it has been this clean since the initial cleaning.
I plan to do my best to keep Suzie as my cleaning lady.

I like the maids that mop the corners of the rooms they have cleaned. Most do.Also those that that try to place our things where they were before they began.Some clean the toilets very well and others barely clean them. The next day they begin to grow bacteria.
I don’t believe that any have cleaned the front of the cupboards. It not sure if it’s policy. IDs used to clean our windows. Scrub the stove to take off the rings on top and I haven’t seen this happen after she left.
I would prefer the same team. We have contracted you long enough to have stability using the same team.

The ladies who came to my house were so professional, fast & thorough - I was very impressed. They cleaned things I was unable to & I needed done in preparation to sell my house. It looked wonderful for 'showing'.

I really enjoyed the ladies who came to my apartment for a final move cleaning. They were friendly and very competent. The cleaned to apartment to look better than when I moved in. I originally thought the cost was too high, but the cleaning that was done was worth every penny.

My first experience using Merry Maids was on 9/26/17 and it was GREAT!
Both Jessica and Lizbeth were a great example of the professional staff Merry Maids company hires.
Also, and important to me, they both were personable and friendly while working hard at making my floors and bathrooms shine.
I would gladly recommend both Jessica and Lizbeth and look forward to their coming back to help me in the future.
