We found all aspects of the restoration easy to navigate. Everyone that entered our house was polite, respectful and personable. Everyone showed up on the days they were scheduled and were on time. Nancy was especially great at heading up the team and keeping us informed of who was coming and what they would be doing.

Probably the worst fricking service out there, my friends warned me about them, but I still gave them a try, because of them our house has been delayed for 3 months. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

ServiceMaster was on site within hours of our flooded floor. They responded with the appropriate equipment in a timely manner. They explained the process fully and kept us in the loop during the time they were on site. I would recommend ServiceMaster and Family Insurance.

Crew showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard, did their best to minimize the spread of the mess in our home. Final clean-up was efficient and thorough.

Not only did they do a great job on the large elements of our restoration (cleaning, major painting and furniture removal), they also did a lot of the small things like packing and minor trim painting to a very high level to the point that nothing was damaged when we did the unpacking. They also pointed out potential hazards to some of our appliances and effects that should be followed up to ensure their working order in the future. They were also very friendly and proactive in doing what they could to make our lives easier during this troubling time.
