I am truly grateful to ServiceMaster. The guidance and professional knowledge they provided right from day one gave me peace of mind during my sewage nightmare. Extremely happy with the work provided, from ripping out the sewage soaked carpet to installing the new carpet, and all the work in-between, the process was professionally done. I am thankful for the patience they had in answering all of my many questions and handling everything for me from insurance to plumbing to the new carpet, they guided me all the way. I am very happy with the restoration services by all of the members of the Service Master team. From the initial visit to clean up the flooding damage, removing and taking out the damaged material, repairing drywall and ceilings, the finish work on the textured ceiling, painting and the final cleanup. Every member of their various crews was courteous, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Service Master, and I appreciate all that they did for me.
We are so thankful for the amazing support and impressive work ethic of everyone we have encountered from Service Master!! We found our selves in a horrible mess 2 days before Christmas due to a significant flood. Service Master came to the rescue quickly and efficiently. The tear out, dry time and rebuild have all be handled with professionalism and kind consideration. We would absolutely recommend this fine team!! Excellent customer service overall. They responded quickly to address the leak in our home. When working on the rebuild I never felt pressured to pay until everything was perfect. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and the work was done very well. I also like that they took good care when moving our belongings and put everything back exactly the way we had it - so very much appreciated.
