I love the deep cleaning. My house stays clean for two weeks. Autumn is a joy to have around! She makes sure I have it the way I like it. She is efficient and thorough! The vacuuming is so powerful--my carpets look great! Thank you Merry Maids. It is such a relief after my surgery.

I did not know that the lady would not "scrub" my kitchen floor until I got there to see it. She did get it clean after I saw it. Everything else looked great.

Did a good job cleaning. My one big gripe was they felt they had to rearrange everything on my counter tops, desk top, etc. All my stuff is where I want it for a reason. When they move something to dust, they need to put it back where it was. I spent half the rest of the day putting things back the way they were supposed to be.

Also, when they take the trash out to the curb, they need to put the bag in the city trash container, and not just put the bag by the curb. After I pay to have this done, I shouldn't have to go back and redo it myself.

Other than that, a good job.
