I have been battling depression my entire life.

After years of living in filth, and doing as much as I could before I cratered, I decided to make the call to Merry Maids.

I was embarrassed when Stacie came in to look at my house.

She was kind, and understanding, and said that Merry Maids could get my place clean.

We scheduled a day and time for the crew to show up, and I was nervous to let strangers into my hovel.

Not only did Karen and Maria call before showing up (which is a big deal to me), they took the time to look around and ask questions.

Both ladies could tell I was embarrassed, and assured me it would be okay.

They were compassionate, friendly, and professional.

I knew that because my place didn't get covered in dust, cobwebs, and crumbs overnight, it would be a LOT of work to get done.

Karen and Maria reassured me it would be okay.

After a long day at work, I had kind of forgotten about Merry Maids being there that day.

So when I opened the door a weird smell hit me.

That smell?

CLEAN!

For the first time in YEARS my house didn't smell like dust and bad decisions.

I looked around a house that I've lived in for over 20 years, and was in complete amazement how clean the place is.

Spots that I was too embarrassed to mention were scrubbed sparkling clean!

I have used Merry Maids for a number of years and have always been very well pleased with your employees and the thorough job that they do. Currently, Leslie cleans our home once a month, and she is particular about her work; she works fast, often alone; and she is very friendly and courteous.

The products used seem to do a good job and they have a very pleasant fragrance.

Margaret is God sent. She is so sweet and cleans better than any housekeeper I have had. I look forward to Wednesday.

Autumn is wonderful!! She always does an exceptional job!! I am at work when she comes and it is such a pleasure to come home to a freshly cleaned home! My daughter who is autistic is always there when she comes. Stephanie talks A LOT and Autumn is so good with her and so sweet. Stephanie likes her a lot. If all your employees are like Autumn then you are fortunate indeed!

Very efficient and house was spotless.

The girls were very nice. And kept to the original program. They were very respectful to my nic nacks. I really like the products they use. I notice that with two white labs I can go an extra day from vacuuming!

The Merry Maids team arrived on time and professionally dressed. They took time to walk through the home with me and discuss some areas of concern. When I returned at the end of the day I was AMAZED by the impressive efforts they applied to my house. Little areas that I knew were problems were discovered and addressed. The house feels more like a home now!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Heather did a wonderful job and was very kind.

I’ve been a client for several years and am usually very pleased with the cleaning. I love the products Merry Maids uses to clean and shine my wood floors, my house has a wonderful, clean smell after a cleaning.

Since I’m a monthly client, I have the same cleaning team and they do a wonderful job. Occasionally, I might get another team and the results have been inconsistent, but Merry Maids will make good if I’m not satisfied, even if it is a bit inconvenient. Overall, I’ve received consistent service from Merry Maids and the ladies cleaning are always pleasant, for that reason I’m happy to recommend them to others needing a cleaning service.

Heather did a great job last Tuesday! She took her time and was thorough. I miss getting my reminder call the day before my appointment. However, Heather called the morning of my appointment to tell me when she’d be there.

Previous owner had cats and you all did a detailed enough clean to help eliminate that smell.
