Love the products, really get through the dog hair and dust that the dogs create. Love Jessica and Tracey! They just head for the dust and dirt and get rid of it. I cannot say enough nice things about their work. And I love having a clean house for a day or two.

I still love all that Rebecca does to deal with my particular needs and wants in my home. She is always so helpful and tries her best to do things the way I prefer. She is also so pleasant and works so hard. Just love that woman so much.
I’ve become more used to the products. They are mostly sufficient and leave the house smelling fresh. I do want to discuss the inner rims of the toilets with her tomorrow during her visit. I don’t know what these gals use as an instrument to clean inner toilet, but there is a lot of black moldy looking stuff that I hate. I may ask her to use my toilet wands every now and then to scrub under that rim.
Other than that, I love the service and all of the people. I’m glad Rebecca is doing training for new employees. She’s the best!

i am very pleased with Heather. she is conscientious, thorough and does a good time. pleasant to be around and no problems with her at all. the first time jamie was also here, and i was impressed with her likewise. but then there was michel and her friend. i don't want either of them here ever again. surley, nasty attitude, lazy, left most undone and walked out the door in an hour, claiming they were done. i just wanted them out of here so said nothing at the time.
